Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences was established in 1989 with the recognition of UGC and Medical Council of India. It is one of the premier institutions and an autonomous university in Hyderabad state. NIMS offers Diploma, UG, PG and Research level programs in Medical, Paramedical and Nursing fields.
Admission to the courses offered by NIMS is done based on the candidate’s performance in entrance exams. There are a total of 35 faculty members in Nizam’s and most of them have completed their education from the reputed educational institutes across India
